Cathy Frasier is a highly respected board-certified paralegal – specializing in both Family Law and Civil Trial Law – through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS). This distinction is a mark of exceptional expertise and commitment. There are only a handful of dual-certified paralegals in the State of Texas.
